Bourse Fellowship Canada. Strangway Award For Excellence 2017 is a Partial Funding international scholarship offered by the Quest University for international students. It is our goal to foster understanding among people develop global citizens nurture leaders and contribute to the development of nations.
Students eligible for this scholarship are. Applicants must be accepted to the uOttawa LLM or Doctoral program after which time they may formally apply for the Fellowship. Students in any branch of learning may apply but their program must demonstrate relevance to CFUWs mission aims and objectives.
